Debarya Chatterjee serves as Civil Engineer – Projects at MAB Incorporation, where he is responsible for the planning, execution, service oversight, and operational management of both new and ongoing projects. His role is central to ensuring efficient on-ground implementation, operational reliability, and long-term sustainability of infrastructure systems delivered by the organisation.

At MAB Incorporation, he leads project planning and estimation, design coordination, site execution, quality control, and service management across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure solutions. His areas of responsibility include water and wastewater treatment systems, iron removal plants, RO and DM plants, swimming pool systems, Swimming Pools, and community-based safe drinking water infrastructure. He provides structured leadership to site teams, contractors, and technical personnel, ensuring disciplined task allocation, adherence to project timelines, and full compliance with engineering specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.

Debarya brings extensive hands-on experience across government, institutional, industrial, hospitality, and community-sector projects in West Bengal, Sikkim, Nepal, and Bhutan. He has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams of varying scales and complexity, supporting the delivery of technically demanding civil and water infrastructure works. His responsibilities require continuous coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and continuity of services.

With strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD-based design, BOQ preparation, billing, construction planning, supervision, and team leadership, Debarya effectively translates engineering concepts into high-quality field execution. His systematic approach to project and team management reinforces MAB Incorporation’s commitment to delivering reliable, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions aligned with national development priorities and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
