Debanjan Das serves as the Business Development Manager for North Bengal and Sikkim at MAB Incorporation, where he is responsible for driving regional business growth, strengthening market presence, and expanding client and partner networks across infrastructure, institutional, industrial, and community segments. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and extensive field-based commercial experience, he plays a key role in translating technical solutions into viable business opportunities.

At MAB Incorporation, Debanjan leads market development initiatives for water and wastewater treatment solutions, community-based safe drinking water projects, and allied infrastructure services. His responsibilities include client acquisition, B2B leads management, engagement with contractors, engineers, and project owners, as well as supporting pre-sales technical coordination and proposal development in alignment with client requirements and regional conditions.

With prior experience in sales management, technical sales, and supervision roles across construction materials and infrastructure projects, Debanjan brings hands-on expertise in dealer network expansion, stakeholder engagement, team guidance, and on-ground execution support. He has worked closely with contractors, engineers, masons, and field teams, enabling effective outreach, relationship management, and sustained market penetration. His exposure to government-linked projects and civil supervision further strengthens his ability to operate across both public and private sector engagements.

Debanjan holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and is proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications. His strong understanding of construction practices, infrastructure systems, and regional market dynamics allows him to effectively represent MAB Incorporation’s integrated consultancy and implementation capabilities in North Bengal and Sikkim, supporting the organisation’s mission of delivering sustainable, reliable, and context-appropriate water solutions.
